Role Description:

As an Operations Manager specializing in coordinating end-to-end backend sales functions, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing the sales order processing and order-to-cash cycle.

You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of the backend sales processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between different departments to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing:

- Oversee the end-to-end sales order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

- Collaborate with sales teams to gather and validate order information, including product details, pricing, and customer specifications.

Order-to-Cash Management:

- Manage the entire order-to-cash cycle, from order creation to invoicing and payment receipt.

- Implement and enhance processes to minimize order fulfillment time and optimize cash flow.

- Coordinate with finance teams to reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in invoicing and payment processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.

- Work closely with different departments to address bottlenecks, streamline processes, and resolve issues affecting the backend sales operations.

Process Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve backend sales processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

- Implement automation tools and technologies to streamline routine tasks and improve overall operational effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring:

- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of backend sales operations.

- Generate regular reports and analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success metrics.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for order processing and order-to-cash functions.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

- Must be from telecommunication or IT background.

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a role involving coordination with backend sales functions.

- Strong understanding of sales order processing, order-to-cash cycles, and associated best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across different departments.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and automation technologies
