Job Description:


- The MIS & Governance Executive plays a critical role in supporting the Line of Business/Tower Head by tracking and managing various LOB projects and business operations.

- The role focuses on the efficient coordination and execution of governance activities across key business areas, including Unified Communications, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, NOC & SOC Managed Services.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management and communication skills, along with extensive experience in using MS Office tools.

Here are the primary KPIs:

- Project Milestone Adherence.

- Governance Call Effectiveness.

- Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports.

- Presentation Quality and Impact.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction.

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-8 years.

- MBA preferred.

- MIS reporting & Governance experience in an IT or Telecom organization is preferred.

Requisite Skills:

- Basic understanding of Modern IT infrastructure such as Network, Cloud, Security, Unified Communications, Managed services.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and various LOB operations is preferred.

- Functional.

- Project Tracking & Management: Monitor and report on the progress of various LOB projects.

- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

- Governance Support: Conduct regular governance calls to review project status, highlight risks, and propose solutions.

- Ensure adherence to governance protocols and standards.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed management reports that provide insights into project and business performance.

- Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements.

- Presentation Development: Create and deliver high-quality presentations for management meetings and stakeholder reviews.

- Use data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the LOB leads to understand project needs and challenges.

- Facilitate communication between different teams to optimize project execution and governance.

- Documentation & Communication: Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the status of projects and governance activities.

- Maintain clear and effective communication channels among stakeholders.

- Behavioral.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Ability to work as a team player.
