Ishan Technologies - Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the engineering team to develop engaging product messaging, create marketing materials, and design impactful presentation decks that clearly highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Design, implement, and manage customer outreach email campaigns to promote new products, updates, and features, while continually refreshing sales materials and case studies.

- Take initiative to independently learn about new solutions and products.

- Develop customer capability presentations and tailored presentations for specific client needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Effectiveness of Messaging and Decks: Evaluate how well product messaging and presentation decks communicate product value and enhance understanding among both internal teams and external audiences.

- Customer Outreach Metrics: Assess the performance of email campaigns through open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement to refine and improve messaging strategies.

- Demand Generation Impact: Create compelling messaging to drive demand generation, and work with the Demand Generation Manager to monitor and analyze performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a technology company.

- Position requires on-site presence.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Product marketing certification is a plus.

- Strong project management abilities, with skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineering, sales, and other teams to meet business goals
