Job Summary :

The Field Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) will strategize and execute marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth within designated regions.

This role entails overseeing outreach programs, organizing events, supporting channel partners, and closely collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to enhance awareness, engagement, and sales growth within the EBU.

- Coordinate outreach initiatives to align with overarching marketing goals.

- Plan and manage local events and sponsorships to amplify brand visibility and generate leads.

- Support channel partners with training, marketing materials, and co-marketing opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to grasp market dynamics and develop localized sales resources.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Effectiveness of Marketing Plans: Evaluate impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

- Success of Events: Measure effectiveness in lead generation and relationship building through local events and sponsorships.

- Performance of Advertising Campaigns: Monitor local campaigns for customer acquisition.

- Support for Channel Partners: Assess impact of support provided on partner engagement and sales.

- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Measure effectiveness in developing sales materials and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, ideally in the technology sector.

- Strong project management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key performance metrics
