Role Overview:

- We are in search of a skilled Finance Manager experienced in treasury management and banking relations to join our team.

- This role involves overseeing our banking partnerships, managing treasury operations, and ensuring adherence to loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Relations:

- Act as the primary contact for all banking interactions.

- Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services like bank guarantees and letters of credit.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in banking activities.

- Resolve banking issues promptly and efficiently.

Treasury Management:

- Optimize working capital efficiency through effective cash flow management.

- Forecast cash requirements and maintain adequate liquidity.

- Execute daily cash management activities, including funding and investment of surplus cash.

- Manage foreign exchange transactions and hedge currency risks.

Compliance Oversight:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with quarterly and annual loan agreements.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary compliance data.

- Review and interpret loan covenants and compliance requirements with legal and finance teams.

-Implement controls to mitigate compliance risks effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate accurate and timely treasury reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Analyze financial data to offer insights and recommendations for enhancing treasury operations.

- Present findings to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and risks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Proven experience in treasury management and banking relations, ideally in a similar role.

- Strong grasp of financial markets, banking products, and treasury best practices.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in treasury operations.

- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
