Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Demonstrated creativity in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

- Experience with digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning demand generation initiatives with business objectives and target audience needs.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across various channels.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define target audience segments, buyer personas, and lead qualification criteria.

- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising, to generate awareness and engage prospects.

- Utilize marketing automation platforms to create and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and drip campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs, to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and identify areas for optimization.

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support demand generation initiatives, such as content creation, advertising placement, and lead generation programs.

- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling content assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to attract and engage target audiences.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation, incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
