Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies focused on driving sales pipeline and revenue growth through OEM partnerships and Ishan Products.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned with business goals and target markets.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support demand generation activities, ensuring efficient utilization and maximizing ROI.
- Lead and coordinate OEM-based events such as webinars, seminars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and nurture relationships with partners and prospects.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media to generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel, in coordination with the Digital Marketing team.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation activities and campaigns, measuring metrics such as lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution to assess effectiveness.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with sales objectives and product messaging.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- OEM-based GTM: Evaluate the effectiveness of GTM initiatives with OEM partners, including partner recruitment, enablement, and joint marketing activities, in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- MDF Planning & Utilization: Monitor the planning, allocation, and consumption of MDF to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
- OEM-based Events: Assess the impact of OEM-based events on lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement with partners and prospects.
- Lead Generation: Drive and execute demand generation activities with a focus on achieving fixed KPIs for lead generation, collaborating closely with Digital Marketing to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation strategies and campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Experience working with OEM partners and managing joint marketing initiatives is advantageous.
