Role Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Customer Support to join our team, specializing in the BFSI vertical within the telecommunications or IT industry.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge of leased lines, cloud services, data centers, and IoT solutions, with a proven track record of managing relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, understanding their business objectives and requirements.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and operational teams.

Product Expertise:.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of leased line services, cloud computing platforms, data center infrastructure, and IoT technologies.

- Articulate the value propositions of these products and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of BFSI clients.

Consultative Selling:.

- Act as a trusted advisor to BFSI clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on technology solutions that drive business outcomes.

- Conduct needs assessments, solution demonstrations, and presentations to educate clients on available options.

Project Management:.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations.

Technical Support:.

- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to BFSI clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to implemented solutions.

- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.

Market Intelligence:.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes within the BFSI sector.

- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities, anticipate client needs, and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the telecommunications or IT industry, with a focus on serving BFSI clients.

- Deep understanding of leased line services, cloud computing, data center technologies, and IoT solutions.

- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Project management experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
