Job Summary:

- The Assistan Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) will develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in specific regions.

- This role involves managing outreach programs, planning events, supporting channel partners, and collaborating closely with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans targeting the EBU to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

- Manage outreach programs to align with overall marketing objectives.

- Plan and execute local events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Provide support to channel partners with training, marketing collateral, and co-marketing opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and create localized sales materials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Marketing Plan Effectiveness: Measure the impact of marketing plans on brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

- Event Success: Evaluate local events and sponsorships for lead generation and relationship building.

- Advertising Performance: Monitor local advertising campaigns for customer acquisition.

- Channel Partner Support: Assess support provided to partners and its impact on engagement and sales.

- Sales Collaboration: Measure the effectiveness of collaboration with sales teams in developing sales materials and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key performance metrics.
