ISGN - Lead Architect - Technology Engineering - Middleware Technologies & Architecture Patterns

The Lead Architect, Technology Engineering, is responsible for roadmap execution, planning, coordination, review, recruitment and measurement of all aspects of Software Design, Architecture, Development, Enhancement and Maintenance, Software Packaging, and Documentation, with accountability to deliver products and projects as per specifications and at the highest level of quality, on time and on budget.

The position is the Engineering lead for a particular product(s) and will be responsible for developing cutting edge, world class Mortgage Software Products as per the product roadmap, client expectations and company direction. The lead must gain an overall vision of the Product, its integration with other systems and re-use of architectural components on future initiatives.

Technical Expertise :

- Minimum of 8 - 12 Years of Experience in IT out of which 3+ years is on ESB

- Hands on expertise in Middleware technologies & Architecture Patterns.

- Experience in Apache Camel or Mule Soft or other Enterprise Bus Models.

- Experience in the Middleware deployment architecture.

- Experience in integrating with multiple B2B platform.

- Migration experience is a plus

- Experience in a product development company is a plus.

- Cloud Computing Experience is a plus.

- Certifications on enterprise architecture are a plus.

Skills :

- Hands on experience in with various Database Models and development process (requirements gathering and use case definition, design and implementation of the software solution, planning and execution of the project).

- Extensive work experience in a Domain Specific Languages

- Knowledge of using development and testing IDEs and tools

- Experience in Java / .NET, Mule, SQL

- Ability to articulate designs to other technical staff through discussion, diagrams, and writing.

- Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required.

- Good organizational skills.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Good to have migration experience.

Responsibilities :

- Will manage mule development and deployments.

- Will work on integration related requirements on multiple products

- Lead a small team to deliver our integration deliverables.
