What will you do?
- Build a pipeline, do lead generation, opportunity mapping, and solution selling to Senior and Mid management decision makers in top tier Banks, Card Networks, Cloud providers and other channel partners
- On-boarding of new banks / SI (System Integrator) partners for Program Management / Digital stack/ Retail banking product / Services etc.
- Responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and strategic partnership opportunities for the company which will overall contribute towards revenue growth for the company
- Conduct monthly business reviews with senior management to ensure continuous drive and business buy in
- Gather required market intelligence to monitor market dynamics and growing trends
- Make friends with everyone in the partner org
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders with iServeU to ensure the partners always have the right support:
- With Business team: Identify and prioritize high potential products from both growth and revenue perspective
- With Product Management team: Ensuring the right partner feedback is delivered to ensure continuous product improvements
- With Marketing team: Create GTM plans and campaigns that can help the partner communicate the right value prop to their customers
- With Onboarding team: Ensure best-in-class onboarding timelines and world-class customer support for partner clients
- With Legal team: Quick turn around on agreements, and standardizing process for both legal and commercial approvals
- Closing commercial agreements and handing them off for integration support and account management
- On-going learnings and reviews: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, partner priorities, industry trends and competition
About You:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with strong pedigree across
- Sales and Business Development professional with 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Business Development
- Knowledge and experience in Banks / NBFC / fintech / Payment service provider ecosystem
- Strong Account Management experience
- Strong Communication & Negotiations Skills
