Responsibilities:
- Sells products and services to banks and develops new account relationships.
- Solicits and maintains network of prospect banks.
- Initiates contact with prospective Banks to sell targeted iServeU products and/or services.
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals, finalizing commercials with banks utilizing iServeU resources and tools.
- Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet bank's expectations and iServeU's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks.
- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Desired Qualifications/ knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, or Computer Science). MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of proven experience in selling solutions to banks (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in selling Software Sales/ Application Sales
- Proven experience in selling Banking solutions.
