Investor Relations Consultant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. In conjunction with Finance and Legal, develop annual report, investor kits, fact sheets, scripts and presentations, as well as supporting collateral materials necessary for use with the investment community

2. Responsibility for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls

3. Prepare industry and competitor analysis, investor profiling and research

4. Act as one of several spokespersons for the Company to communicate with investors and research analysts to drive understanding of business strategy, results, expectations and business developments

5. Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

6. Develop and manage relationships with key analysts, institutional investors, financial media, and shareholder

7. Develop and manage investor news releases, financial presentations and shareholder meetings and conference calls

8. Develop and maintain robust understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify/track key themes and topics for investor discussion to inform our team and executives on emerging trends

9. Delivering and managing investor interactions, and handling escalations

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM and preferably, with specialization in Finance

- 3 to 5 years of experience in handling investor relations in either publicly listed entities or PE investee company or VC funded tech start-ups

- Candidates with experience in corporate finance teams of investment banks could also be considered

- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the company's image

- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required

- Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations

- Detail oriented and have problem solving skills
