Cofounder - MD/MBBS/IIM/ISB/IIT

Qualifications:

I am an ISB Grad with 15 years of experience across well-funded startups and investment banking. I am looking for 2 FULL TIME co-founders to scale my child development venture iRockit. Co-founders may be from 3 backgrounds (in that order)

1. Those with prior healthcare experience, including pediatricians /doctors

2. Those with tech product development experience

3. Those with prior ed-tech experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience. Pass out from a renowned medical college or from IIM/ ISB/ IIT or equivalent. Prior startup experience is a solid plus. Subject matter knowledge helps but is not a must.

- The single most important attribute is drive and passion. You have to love the idea and have the inner desire to change the lives of millions of children for the better. It's not a job anymore, you- ll be living and breathing the business. We are a family.

- The ability to take ownership and lead as opposed to being led is a must-have attribute. Taking decisions based on data and then moving forward with conviction is key.

Role :

- You will wear multiple hats as you - own the business as a co-founder. Mutually setting the vision, hiring, strategy, and execution across the board, will be standard responsibilities.

- We will initially split the core responsibilities of the 2 co-founders. One will look into Product Development and ensure our App is world class (we are presently web based). The second co-founder will manage the distribution/ sales channel (healthcare, schools. direct-to-parent) and be responsible for traction.

- Over 6-9 months and as we raise larger funding (we are presently bootstrapped), the specific roles will evolve.

Compensation:

Initially equity based till we raise funding. If some compensation is required for daily sustenance, that can be worked out.
