Position - Technical Manager: Solutioning
Reporting to : Delivery Head ES
Location : Noida, India (Overseas Travel to the USA)
Iris is seeking an experienced Technical Manager: Presales and Solutioning who will be SPOC for managing all Proposals within Enterprise services vertical. Contributed to / lead various engagements that involve assessment and discovery of client's current business models and capabilities and proposing, architecting and implementing technical solutions that are aligned with clients near-term and long-term business goals. The person also will act as brand ambassador for IRIS and create industry visibility with respect to Presales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- SPOC for all Proposals within ES. (Maintain a plan for response to all proposals etc )
- Creating and drafting out proposals/SoW/Work Contracts for Technical Assessment, Solution and Customer Experience Design.
- Understanding Prospect/Client Problem statement
- Converting Problem statement to the high-level solution.
- Domain Agnostic (Enterprise as whole, non BFSI)
- Understanding of UX designing (Definitely a plus) (represent visualization and workflow to prospects)
- Create and refresh marketing collaterals to communicate key aspects and benefits of our portfolio to prospects, customers, and partners.
- Good networking skills to collate the information from all internal stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge base of quick turnaround time for RFP response
- Travel frequency - twice in a quarter
- Sound knowledge of SDLC methodology including Agile
- Estimating model knowledge, Costing and margin analysis
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :
- Individual contributor role but will get the team on a need basis
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Technical degree (Btech/MCA /Mtech).
- At least 10- 13 years of experience in the software industry.
- Experience working with IT application service based organization
- The role will start as IC but will get a team on a need basis
- B1 ready - Mandatory
