THE POSITION

Position BA

Reporting to Account Delivery Manager

Location Noida, India (Overseas Travel to the USA)

Business Analysts (BA) collect, challenge, facilitate and document business requirements as well as define business specifications. Additionally, a BA will validate the overall IT solution to ensure alignment to business requirements, review requirements and/or specifications with the development and test teams to ensure understanding. The BA will need to bridge the gap between business and IT by being able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Elicitation and Documentation of Business and Data Requirements.

- Understands business processes, gathers and documents project requirements and translates them into functional and non-functional specifications.

- Prepare functional artifacts like BRD / FSD with business process flows.

- Coordination with Development Team on Requirements Mapping

- Utilize a range of Analysis Techniques to elicit and present requirements towards solutions

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

We- re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Front ending skills

- Application/Product vision

- Understanding and driving Customer Requirement

- Hands on UX+ BPM tools, Wire framing and work flows

- Lead discovery phase for various opportunities

- Agile knowledge has to be very strong (Product backlog controller)

Reporting Structure:

- Report into Account Delivery Manager

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

- Individual contributor role but will get team on need basis

QUALIFICATIONS

- Min Bachelor's degree and above (Btech, BCA,MCA)

Others

- Looking for candidates from IT back ground

- Looking for candidate with 10-15 years of experience. (PM fitment )

- Role will start as IC but will get a team on need basis

- This is billable role.
