1. Strategy & Business Analysis

- Assist in formulating business strategies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

- Gather and interpret data to provide insights for business growth and operational improvements.

- Work on financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to support strategic planning.

- Collaborate with different departments to align strategies and business objectives.

2. Data Reporting & Visualization

- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate reports.

- Develop dashboards, charts, and performance reports for senior management.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven insights.

- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to present data efficiently.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting processes.

3. AI and Technology Utilization

- Implement AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot for task automation and reporting.

- Utilize AI-driven data analytics for decision-making and process optimization.

- Assist in digital transformation initiatives and automation of manual tasks.

- Streamline data extraction and processing using AI

4. Advanced Excel & Data Management

- Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking KPIs, financial reports, and inventory management.

- Create macros, pivot tables, and VBA scripts to automate data processing.

- Conduct trend analysis and generate business insights using Excel dashboards.

- Maintain databases related to manufacturing operations and executive reports.

5. Project Management & Process Optimization

- Assist in tracking manufacturing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, HR, finance) to improve efficiency

- Maintain action plans, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure seamless execution.

- Document key project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.

6. Market Research & Business Strategy Support

- Conduct market research to support business strategy and expansion plans.

- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and operational efficiency data.

- Assist in strategic planning and business presentations.

7. Meeting & Communication Management

- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.

- Act as a liaison between leadership and team members.

- Manage internal communication channels and reports.

8. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Organize and maintain legal, financial, and HR-related records.

- Assist in audits, reporting, and contract management.
