- Audit and Coordination on IR process

- Union Handling & Long Term Settlement of the employee

- Labour * Compliance handling

- Implementation of Employee Survey Findings.

- Policy Communication & Deployment.

- Implementation of Employee Engagement Calendar.

- Employee Welfare and Infrastructure Management

Support on-

- Data on long term settlement

- Update on ER climate

- Benchmark Best Practices in Industry

- Support on initiatives like Rise

Key Skills:

- Handled Unions & Industrial Unrest.

- Must be fluent in Marathi

Preferred Exposure : Manufacturing Plants, Only Male Candidate.

Qualification - Management Graduate (with min. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience)
