Purpose of Role:
To contribute to client projects through data collection, analysis, information synthesis, design & development of tools by adhering to established quality standards under minimal supervision.
Scope of Role:
Individual contributor with primary focus on requirements gathering, project planning, execution, quality testing, and client communication

1. Execution of the Project
2.Understanding the data and requirements
3.Understanding market and validate scope and challenges
4.Requirements study and project planning
5.Designing and Forecast model development
6.Testing of the models, tools to ensure the quality is up to standards.
7.Innovation in technical implementation
8.Client/Stakeholder communication/management
9.Train / guide junior team members
10.Conformance to all established processes and operating procedures covering execution quality, reporting and so on
11. Organization Initiatives-Actively participates and be compliant in organizational initiatives & contributes to process improvement.
Performance Measures:
1. Quality of the project executed
2. Adherence to timelines
3. Client/stakeholder relationship to generate repeat business
4. Compliance to organizational processes

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master in Life Science (including Pharma) or MBA
