Job Description :
- Extensively use phone and email to contact IT and telecommunications engineers and consultants for temporary and permanent job positions at iQuasar and its clients
- Post jobs on Internet, in online databases, company website, forums and other media to attract potential candidates
- Discuss job opportunities, resumes (CVs), skill sets, customer requirements and needs, compensation, logistics, etc. with the candidates
- Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates
- Prepare standardized cover letters and resumes to be submitted to iQuasars Clients
- Facilitate screening and interview process and coordinate with candidates and clients
- Document all contacts and help iQuasar build a database of Candidates, Vendors, and Clients both in India and Overseas
- Follow iQuasar processes and standards for selection of candidates for a particular position, including proper documentation, agreements, etc.
- Perform any other task (s) as assigned by Team Lead or Manager
Qualifications and Skills :
- Masters Degree in any field, MBAs will be preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines
- Savvy with Internet, Google Searches, etc.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to source with a creative approach
