- You will a key player in recruiting professionals with 7 - 10 years experience, across technologies who could be further skilled to overcome their early career crisis.

What will your role be :

- As a key player in this space, you will help develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy for attracting professionals in the 5 - 8 year segment. We expect you to bring in an entrepreneurial mindset and rapidly growth this business in a profitable manner. Since, this is relatively nascent space for us, there is an opportunity to run the P&L for the unit, if you perform to expectations!

- We expect you to be hands on as well as build a team to drive rapid growth. The initial focus will be in the IT space and we will look at other sectors down the line.

- You will interact with the Corporate Customer Engagement team to help understand the current and future demand and plan accordingly. Customer Engagement will be a key part of the job.

What should you bring to the job :

- Hunger, Passion and determination to change the world for the better! Fire in the Belly is the key!

- If you are an IT Recruitment professional and have attempted at running your own venture, we think you more than others are likely to fit the role! Sourcing and hiring experience in large numbers is a must. Prior experience in the IT industry is a must.

- Must have BPO or Voice Process hiring experience.
