Person will be responsible for Identifying the key corporate accounts and working closely with them to get the desired business results.

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay)


- Develop a complete communication mix for the B2B market.


- Identifying the key corporate accounts and working closely with them to get the desired business results.


- Responsible for product planning and strategy for B2B.


- Approaching biologicals manufacturers for Co-branding & tool manufacturing for them.


- Developing the initial contacts and meeting the potential clients to establish their needs and develop a

strong understanding of institutional customers, market dynamics, and their requirements.


- Formulating and negotiating with customers regarding annual contracts, portfolio, and prices, within

broader guidelines in line with strategy and long-term mutually profitable partnership relations.


- Introducing the company and its products to major food service providers, processors and potential

downstream customers in line with marketing and sales strategy of organization.


- Approaching seed companies & developing business for our upcoming product in seed coating.


- To develop the market share of IPL Biologicals, execute pull-through marketing projects in support of Crop teams and in accordance with our Produce Chain strategy for India.


- New Product Development in collaboration with R& D head.
