The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies, optimizing online presence, and leading lead generation efforts for the business. You will manage a team of digital marketing professionals and work cross-functionally with various departments to increase productivity and enrollment through online platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other key digital channels.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives for educational services.
- Oversee the execution of all digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
- Monitor and manage lead generation campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to ensure they drive high-quality leads for the educational programs offered by the institution.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and optimize them for maximum lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Work with the sales and admissions teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to perform effectively.
- Set clear goals, manage performance, and encourage team collaboration to ensure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improvements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on KPIs such as lead generation, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:
- Work closely with the creative, content, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging, educational content and ad creatives that resonate with prospective students.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Allocate budgets efficiently across platforms and adjust based on performance metrics.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings for the educational institution's website and programs.
- Lead SEM (Search Engine Marketing) initiatives, including Google Ads management, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization.
Brand Awareness & Online Presence:
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all digital channels, building and maintaining the brand's reputation in the educational space.
- Leverage social media channels and content marketing to engage with potential students and parents, showcasing the educational institutions offerings and achievements.
Market Research & Trends Analysis:
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, educational industry changes, and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in campaign strategies.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies both online and offline, periodically.
