Talent Acquisition Co-Lead
1. Overseeing the sourcing and shortlisting process.
2. Coordinate with Team Leads to create a hiring plan ahead for the recruitment of ongoing & upcoming campaigns.
3. Source CVs from leading job portals and social media platforms, referrals and other sources.
4. Engage with Placement Coordinators of Campuses across streams to hire best of young talents.
5. Managing the interviews, Onboarding & Joining process.
6. Understand the job requirements and screen / interview the shortlisted candidates.
7. Develop an induction plan aimed to providing candidates with all the business-related knowledge and skill-set required to succeed in their respective roles.
8. Improving the recruitment process.
9. Benchmark, suggest and implement changes in the entire Talent Acquisition process aimed at improving the process efficiency and candidate experience.
10. Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT) and improve the overall efficiency, yet optimising the cost and budgets.
