HR
1. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment and succession planning
2. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
3. Conduct one on one skip level meetings on a monthly basis
4. Identify training needs for teams and individual executive coaching needs
5. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
6. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
7. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
8. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
9. Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
10. Manage end to end employee life cycle
