iOPEX - Management Trainee

- iOPEX is a leading optimization company helping large brands to transparently measure their operational spend in technology operations, marketing operations and revenue operations. We use Big Data Analytics, Learning Algorithms and Robotic Process Automation to optimize spends thereby increasing customer value and shareholder value.

- We are growing exponentially and expect to double our headcount in the next 24 months (current hc is 2200). We are looking for young and energetic Management Trainees who wish to make a career in IT Systems and General Management.

- In the first 6 months, you will get an opportunity to work in various functions of the organization to get a ringside view and finally choose your area of interest.

- The ideal candidate will be a sharp individual from a premier management institute with 2-3 years (max) of prior work experience.

- You will be directly reporting to the COO and will be mentored by the Senior Management at iOPEX.

- Candidates who do not fit the above requirement need not apply.
