Job Description:
A) Watermart Vertical Responsibilities :
1. To drive the business through sanitary counters.
2. To appoint the new sanitary counters and extract the business from existing counters.
3. To ensure the proper display of products.
4. Development of lead funnel through individual bungalow identification.
5. Developing Architects & Interior Designers, meeting them on regular basis - Briefing them with our products and new developments, generating leads for RO- s, Softeners.
6. Enrolments & Creating substantial Database of Architects / ID's.
7. Planning for Architects / ID's meet/Plumbers meet.
8. Educating the channel Partners on water treatment concept (softening, filtration, purification).
9. Training the counter staff on products.
10. Collecting the leads from them and converting the leads.
B) Retail Business Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for appointing new Distributors, Dealers, Direct Dealers to expand product reach.
2. To Train and Motivate Store manager & other front end staffs in Sales, Inventory management & Customer Satisfaction.
3. To continuously update the sales team of any new developments regarding new products or new promotions.
4. To conduct market research activities and track competitor's moves and to contemplate valuable input.
5. Getting the sales through CSD (Canteen Stores Department).
6. Appointing and nurturing the CSD agents.
7. Managing the secondary sales through CSD counters.
8. Developing RO & UV's product sales through kitchen studios.
9. Ensuring the product branding & dummy placement.
10. Training the kitchen designer on water treatment products.
11. Generating the leads from Kitchen Studios and converting them.
12. New product launch.
C) Direct Sales Responsibilities :
Establishing & Managing the Direct Sales operations.
D) Other Responsibilities :
1. Team Management : Managing and building the team.
2. Target Achievement : Achievement of the target as per the budget allocated.
3. Training : Provide training to the sales staff & arranging training for the Franchise staff.
