Qualification: Technical Degree/ Diploma (Technical Background with MBA preferred)
Experience: Min 18 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS - SERVICE HEAD
Commercial Responsibilities:
- To create & execute the business plan for Service vertical in consultation with Business head - HWS.
- To manage the P&L for Service vertical.
- To devise the pricing and incentive strategy of ACMC (Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract) & AMC
- To work out the pricing & incentive structure for Service franchisee for optimal ROI.
- To prepare Annual Revenue Plan on region/state head / service engineer / service franchisee basis.
Technical Responsibilities:
- To develop the technical competency of the team.
- To give the feedback on quality of the product to Factory and R&D.
- To give the feedback on technical feature modifications to product management and R&D.
People Management:
- To train & develop the team on technical as well as commercial competency.
- To plan & recruit the right talent to business growth
