The person will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR for Home Water Solutions, a division of Ion Exchange (I) Ltd.

The responsibilities include but are not restricted to :

- HR Strategy Plan.

- Talent Acquisition.

- Talent Management

- Performance Management.

- HR Operations.

- Payroll Management.

- Training & Development.

- Statutory Compliance's.

Qualification: MBA

Skills :

- Stakeholder management experience preferred.

- Should have a team management experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Analytical skills.

- Communication skills.

- Presentation skills.
