We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting for Tech & Non-Tech roles. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities :
- Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and teams.
- Develop and execute the recruiting strategy, including employer branding, running hiring campaigns, candidate management, and interview process management.
- Collaborate and lead an experienced team of recruiters to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration, and teamwork to hire the best talent.
- Prepare monthly Recruitment metrics and report the same to management.
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a Tech/SaaS company
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github, LinkedIn, Instahyre etc)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and managing talent databases
