Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall quality assurance functions across different verticals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Establish and implement quality control processes for Drones, BLDC Motors, and Electronic Parts..

- Ensure effective implementation of the Q-Gate System for seamless quality assurance.. Conduct process audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

- Handle rejection analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.

- Approve first parts and oversee the calibration and validation of equipment.

- Develop BOP inspection standards and quality control guidelines.

- Apply MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) for process improvements.. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and other regulatory standards.. Drive quality improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Countermeasures.

- Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate risks.

- Improve SPR (Straight Pass Ratio) and overall product reliability.

- Operate and train team members on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for precision measurements.

- Maintain all quality records, reports, and documentation.. Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve in-process issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Process Audits, and Supplier Quality Management.

- In-depth knowledge of calibration, validation, and statistical quality tools.

- Experience in defect analysis, preventive action planning, and process improvement.

- Ability to train, mentor, and develop quality teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
