15+ Years in CRO/Drug Discovery
Key Responsibilities:
Small-Molecule Drug Discovery:
Extensive experience in small-molecule drug discovery within CRO/Drug Discovery settings.
Proficient in efficiently handling time-bound and service-based projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Exceptional technical knowledge with meticulous attention to detail.
- Broad research experience in cell-free and cell-based assay development using advanced techniques such as FLIPR, TR-FRET/HTRF, FP, absorbance, Luminescence/ECL, Alpha Screen, DELFIA- , NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, high content imaging, and Live Cell Analysis.
- Advantageous knowledge in Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology.
Target Class Proficiency:
- Experience working with various target classes, including enzymes, GPCRs, transporters, ion channels, and surface receptors, across diverse therapeutic areas.
High Throughput Assay Development:
- Expertise in High Throughput assay development and screening.
- Strong track record in miniaturizing assays from 96W to 384W to 1536W formats for both cell-free and cell-based applications.
Cell Line Generation:
- Knowledge in the generation of stable cell lines crucial for cell-based assay development and screening.
Administrative Roles:
- Strong capabilities in literature review, budgeting, and recruiting manpower.
- Active involvement in team training and supporting departmental growth, including assisting in budgeting year over year.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with a high ability to participate effectively in project/client team meetings.
- Intellectual contribution to projects through insightful communication.
