Job Overview:

- We seek a skilled and experienced Investor Relations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between our company and its investors.


- The Investor Relations Specialist/Manager will assist in communicating the company's financial performance, strategy, and critical developments to the investment community.

Responsibilities:

Communication:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including analysts, institutional investors, individual shareholders, and bankers.

2. Draft and edit press releases, financial reports, and other communications for the investment community.

Financial Reporting:

1. Coordinate preparing and distributing financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant financial information.

2. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial messaging.

Investor Meetings and Conferences:

1. Organize and participate in investor meetings and conferences.

2. Prepare presentation materials for conferences and meetings, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.

Market Analysis:

1. Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.

2. Provide senior management with insights into market perceptions and sentiments.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to investor communications.

2. Assist in preparing regulatory filings, such as annual reports and proxy statements.

Shareholder Engagement:

1. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for engaging with current and potential shareholders.

2. Develop and execute shareholder outreach programs to enhance shareholder value.

Qualifications:

1. MBA - CFA designation is a plus.

2. Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.

3. Proven experience in managing an IPO

4. Strong understanding of financial markets and reporting requirements.

5. Minimum experience of 5 years

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial analysts.
