Investor Relations Role - NBFC - CA / MBA

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Assisting in preparing quarterly earnings press releases, results / investor presentations for the Financial Services business

- Benchmarking presentations, annual reports and other disclosures by peer companies and incorporating industry-wide best practices

- Peer benchmarking (based on quarterly results of banks and NBFCs/HFCs); tracking key developments in industry, as well as carrying out detailed sector research (Financial Services) for Top Management

- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company / businesses, relative to Indian and global peers

- Assisting in creating high quality Annual Report for the company

- Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events

- Assisting in conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management

- Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for Top Management

- Liaise with other Corporate functions, such as Finance, Treasury, Corporate Communications, as well as key Business functions (within Financial Services)

- Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the Top Management.
