Investor Relations - A leading Fund House

Job Overview:

The role is responsible for managing the functioning of the Investor Relations of the Company. The person would be required to support the development and implementation of the organisation's strategy of onboarding new financial investors and management of existing investor relationships (including reporting).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in development of a robust investor relations strategy, management and reporting framework

- Instil investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through transparent and proactive communication, timely and effective reporting, ensuring compliance to Investor Agreement

- Support strategy development for on-boarding new investors by identifying and pitching different opportunities to potential investors

Ideal candidate:

- CA/ MBA from a premier institute with 3-7 years of experience in Indian investor relations

- Should have strong financial analysis skills with excellent finance and cash flow/ valuation knowledge

- Should have excellent MS office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Should have the ability and experience to review and interpret legal agreements

- Should have strong coordination skills to work alongside cross-functional teams

- Should have proven experience in handling investor relations of HNI / UHNI / Family Offices / Institutional Wealth
