Investor Relations Role - BFSI

1. Build investor confidence in the company's vision to deliver shareholder value.

2. Develop a comprehensive Investor Relations framework and strategy.

3. Build and maintain a powerful reputation through clear and consistent two-way communication with the investor fraternity.

4. Manage relationships with analysts, investors and individual shareholders / shareholder associations.

5. Provide market insights to the executive management team, including financial trends, shareholder concerns, competitor actions, and anything that might impact the company

6. Oversee and manage quarterly earnings calls as well as preparation of the Annual Report. Brief the executives before any conference with stock analysts, investors and journalists.

7. Advise senior executives on communication strategy to ensure best representation of the company within the financial community.

8. Maintain an active investor relations section on the company website, publishing latest financial reports, stock prices and press releases.
