Job Title: Investor Relations and Market Intelligence analyst

Job Summary:

The person is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, maintaining relationships with existing investors, monitoring and analysing- market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and help develop the company's business strategy. They will work closely with the senior management team and will have a strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise capital from various sources

- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, managing outreach campaigns, providing regular updates on company performance and addressing any investor concerns or questions.

- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in our product offering, and potential threats to the business

- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders

- Manage the due diligence process for new investors, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and other teams to provide the necessary information and documentation.

- Coordinate and manage investor meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and following up with investors after meetings.

Qualifications:

- MBA in business, finance, or a related field.

- At least 5-7 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a similar industry

- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and market trends.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Basic knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to fundraising and investor relations.
