Investor Relation Role - Private Equity Firm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing key IR activities funds across various funds and Relationship management for large institutional investors, corporates and ultra HNI's

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the investor/client experience, including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business

- Creating quarterly portfolio updates for the platform in adherence to SEBI regulations

- Interacting with management, valuers and auditors to finalise the valuation of all portfolio companies within stipulated timelines for circulation to investors and distributor

- Preparing key communication like distribution letters, drawdown notices, quarterly advance tax statements, responses to SEBI score complaints, income statements etc.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc
