Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership of Investment Targets: Take full ownership of the investment targets set for the assigned region/area, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed these targets.
- Growth of Mutual Fund Assets Under Management (AUM): Drive efforts to increase Mutual Fund AUM within the mapped region/area by identifying opportunities, developing tailored investment solutions, and effectively engaging with clients.
- Client Base Expansion and Retention: Lead initiatives to penetrate the client base, attracting new investors to Mutual Funds and encouraging additional investments from existing clients.
- Utilize a proactive approach to relationship management and client engagement to foster long-term loyalty and trust.
- Enhancement of Relationship Manager (RM) Productivity: Implement measures to enhance the productivity of Relationship Managers within the region/area, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance in promoting investment products and services.
- New-To-Bank (NTB) Acquisitions through Investment Channel (IC): Drive NTB acquisitions attributed to the presence of Investment Consultants (ICs), ensuring that RMs capitalize on investment opportunities to open new accounts and expand the client base.
Qualitative Components:
- Client Engagement Activities: Conduct client meetings, coverage, and joint calls to deepen relationships, understand investment needs, and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Portfolio Construction and Reviews: Oversee the construction and ongoing review of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risks.
- Training and Development: Take responsibility for the training and development of RMs within the region/area, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively promote investment products, deliver superior client service, and achieve performance targets.
- This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in investment management, sales, and client relationship management.
- The Regional Investment Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability within the assigned region/area by executing strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and empowering RMs to excel in promoting investment products and services.
