Job Title: Investment Specialist

Department : Digital Acquisition- Inbound Sales

Education : MBA with tier 2 or Tier 3 college/ CA/ CFA would also work

Experience : Min 2 years and Maximum take 7-8 yrs of experience in the wealth segment and a detailed knowledge about selling of Mutual Funds & PMS

Budget : Best as per the industry standards

Location ;Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Type of role : Individual Contributor

Must Have:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs etc (MF Business)

- Excellent communication skills

- NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining)

Preferences : Local Candidates with relevant Experience and good Communication Skills

About the role:

- We are looking for enthusiastic go-getters to join the inbound business team. In this role, you will work with high intent inbound clients with net worth of 50 lakhs and above. You will be responsible for helping users understand and to help them invest in Company's PMS and MF investment strategies.

What you will work on:

- You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients (portfolio size of - 50L & above)

- Get around 150 Calls booked by clients themselves via Company's Wealth Monitor app every month

- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound leads

- Showcase Company's portfolio management approach

- Review customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs

- Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to

- Apply strong analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources

- Provide exceptional client experience

What we expect:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs etc

- Excellent communication skills

- Deep knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks or PMS

- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms

- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)

Education & Certifications:

- MBA or CA or CFA is preferred

- NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining)
