Job Summary:
The Investment Promotion Specialist for Government Consulting Projects is responsible for attracting and facilitating investments to support government-led economic development initiatives. This role involves identifying potential investors, promoting the region's investment opportunities, and providing support to ensure the successful implementation of investment projects in collaboration with government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Attraction:
- Identify and target potential investors for government-led projects in key sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international investors.
- Organize and participate in investment promotion missions, events, and exhibitions to showcase government projects.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities aligned with government priorities.
- Analyze economic trends and market conditions to support investment promotion strategies.
- Prepare investment promotion materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to identify investment opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between investors and government entities.
- Provide advisory support to government clients on investment promotion strategies and best practices.
Project Facilitation:
- Assist investors in navigating regulatory and administrative processes.
- Provide support in securing necessary approvals, permits, and incentives for investment projects.

Promotion and Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Proven experience in investment promotion, economic development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of government processes and public sector investment requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze economic data.
