- Backed by domestic/FDI investors, they acquire mid-sized office complexes that they upgrade, reimagine & reposition as branded, tech-leading, highly-amenitised, modern-designed, ESG-certified, LHS-compliant multi-space-format buildings.

Location: Noida

Description:

- Engage in thorough market analysis, utilizing both internal and external research to develop market thesis.

- Identify and procure investment opportunities within specified market sectors.

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of investment opportunities.

- Develop intricate financial models to assess individual opportunities.

- Run due diligence procedures and deal finalization.

- Supervise and coordinate the diligence process, including overseeing third-party advisors/consultants.

- Participate in commercial negotiations, investment structuring, legal documentation, and transaction closure.

- Monitor and track the current business plan for portfolio assets while projecting future performance.

- Actively collaborate with portfolio assets and companies to identify value drivers, strategies that enhance asset value and monetization prospects.

- Lead preparation of pitch materials and presentations for potential investors.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive fundraising activities.

- Manage investor relations, including addressing inquiries and providing updates to investors.

Expected Qualifications:

- Graduate/PG from a reputed institute

- Minimum 8 year of work experience, prior knowledge of commercial real estate preferred

- In-depth expertise in financial modelling, PowerPoint presentations
