We have an opening with renewable energy company in Delhi. they are looking for Investment head & CFO.

Small brief below:

- Consulting experience in the energy and infrastructure advisory divisions

- Experience in complete investment cycle (Fund establishment, Investments, Portfolio Management, Exits) with a variety of Project Equity, Venture Capital and Private Equity structures

- Raising capital across the capital structure with debt, equity and mez. instruments, M&A, Project Finance, Financial Measurement and Control, Financial Planning & Analysis

- Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the biomass, co-gen/trigen and gas generation sector

- Global sourcing, procurement and project execution for power projects.

- Various investment functions including deal origination, deal analysis, deal structuring & negotiation, deal documentation & closure

- Various corporate finance functions including mergers and acquisition, equity capital raising, debt raising, project finance etc.

- Project finance, structured finance, debt syndication and bid advisory.

- Managed the renewables and power generation investment portfolio
