Investment Counsellor - Equity Market

Job Role:

- Ownership of the Investments target of the Region / Area that they are mapped to.

- Increase of Mutual Fund AUM for the mapped Region / Area.

- Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base

- Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs

- Acquisitions (NTB) attributed to presence of IC i.e NTB opened by RMs on the back of investments due to the presence of the IC

Qualitative:

- Client meetings / coverage / joint calls

- Portfolio construction and reviews

- Training & Development.

- Process adherence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites:

In depth domain knowledge of:

- Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS - Equity Market. Current Economy.

- Distribution / Channel management.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with other people well

- Willing to travel
