Investment Councillors Wealth will play a crucial role in engaging with clients on a daily basis, focusing on effectively sourcing and processing investment products tailored to clients needs and risk profiles. This position encompasses sourcing and servicing a range of investment and asset products. The primary goal is to ensure timely servicing of all financial requirements, leading to growth in client portfolios and strengthening relationships with the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

- Building Assets Under Management (AUM) by sourcing and managing investment products PAN India.

- Assisting Business head in overseeing the implementation of investment strategies.

- Addressing banking and investment requirements of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) effectively.

- Utilizing financial acumen and investment expertise to align clients needs with appropriate services, enhancing their investment experience and helping them achieve their short-term and long-term goals.

- Focusing on business development across liabilities, assets, and fees to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues, and client retention.

- Achieving product-wise targets and cross-selling products based on demographic, lifestyle, and risk profiling.

- Developing outbound and inbound sales plans to acquire new HNI clients, expanding the customer base.

- Conducting risk profiling of all clients and recommending investment products accordingly.

- Resolving queries for managed clients within specified turnaround time (TAT).

Key Skills:

- Ability to manage relationships effectively to enhance the value of existing clients.

- Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships, driving revenue growth for the organization.

- Strong aptitude for delivering high-quality customer service, coupled with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Strong decision-making skills, with a sense of ownership and ability to perform under pressure.

- Ensuring compliance with key regulatory and bank-level requirements.
