- The Candidate would be working in Mumbai on a full-time basis with the Deal Manager and will have interactions with Investors and Clients during the execution of the Transaction.

- The candidate will have the benefit of working across sectors like BFSI, Fintech, Healthcare, Industrials and Chemicals and Consumer Technology companies

Job requirement:

- Experience at an investment bank or equity advisory firm with Transaction experience from Collaterals to Closure.

- Financial Modelling skillsets Research, quantitative and analytical skills.

- Strong research and analysis capabilities to identify BD/ Networking opportunities

- Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions

- Valuation benchmarking including detailed financial analysis for trading and transaction comparable, modelling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.

- Creating deal collateral including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights.

- Experience with networking with VC & PE ecosystem in India & overseas.

- Willingness to travel
