1. End to end deal execution.

2. Review and comment on key project agreements.

3. Developing project finance models and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters.

4. Developing Information Memorandum for Debt/Equity syndication.

5. Managing the review and finalization of project agreement documentation with legal counsel.

6. Collateral Preparation and Pitching.
