Fresher CA / MBA - Investment Banking Role

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of deliverables including Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, etc.

2. Responsible for active relationships with Investment Banking Clients

3. Working relationship with potential VCs, PE Funds, Strategic Investors

4. Preparation of deal tracker and MIS maintenance for review

5. Compliance with internal requirements

6. Case Specific Market Research

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / Fresher Chartered Accountant [only Rank holder, 1st attempt preferred]. CFA qualification will be added advantage. Upto 2 years experience can be considered for a Fresher role in IB
