Investment Banking Role - Equity Deals

The organization is a consulting firm managed by a specialized and experienced team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Corporate Lawyers and Professionals from different segments into certain niche practice areas. Their key practice area includes compliance (FEMA, SEBI/ RBI), valuation, ESOP, IPO, Debt Syndication, Accounting outsourcing, Digital Transformation, Direct & Indirect Tax etc where you will be doing as follows: -

1) Origination of IB deals (Capital market, PE and M&A, Debt) in large/mid corporate domain (90% focus will be on equity deals).

2) Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates looking to raise funds.

3) Identify corporates looking aiming for IPO/ SME IPO.

Manage the relationships with the Lenders in Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, etc.

4) Manage the relationships with PE/ VC funds, family offices, etc and identify the ones looking to invest in corporates.

5) Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modelling etc.

6) Conduct analysis of Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Key Financial Ratios etc.

7) Assist in executing transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation.

8) Navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done.

9) Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market trends.
