1. Investment portfolio review and rationalization

2. Buy and sell side support

3. Assisting in M&A transaction

Desired candidate profile:

1. MBA / PG from IIM or top tier institute having 5-6 years of experience in financial modeling, market research, due diligence and pitch presentations

2. Good understanding of accounting and corporate finance concepts

3. Understanding of investment banking lifecycle

4. Stakeholder discussion and presentations
